Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Maintain site reports, material records, and attendance registers.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions.
Communicate daily progress and updates to project management.
