Job Description

Overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Key duties include managing daily operations, coordinating with various teams, monitoring progress, enforcing safety protocols, inspecting work, maintaining documentation, and resolving any issues that arise. Key responsibilities

Project execution and management:

Oversee all day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and adheres to design specifications.

Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison between project managers, designers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Quality control:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the design standards and quality requirements.

Safety and compliance:

Enforce all site safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes and company policies.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, logs, and other necessary documentation.

Problem-solving:

Proactively identify and resolve any issues, conflicts, or delays that occur during the project.

Resource management:

Ensure the efficient and proper allocation and use of resources, materials, and equipment on site.
