About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Engineer to join our team.

The role primarily involves site execution, supervision, and contractor handling, with

West Side Amenity

Project In Sambhajinagar

( Interview will be face to face in Shivajinagar, Pune ).

This position requires a proactive professional who is willing to stay on-site for minimum 8 months till the project completes

( After 8 months will shift to another project ).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute site activities in line with project timelines and company standards. Supervise contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients for effective site progress reporting. Handle day-to-day site operations, including material management, workforce allocation, and adherence to schedules. Resolve site-level challenges by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation, daily site progress reports, and compliance with company policies. Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve defined project goals.

Flexibility to stay at project site as per assignment. Commitment to long-term association and growth within the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Currently we have West Side Amenity projects like Fuel Stations, Shops, Malls, Food Stalls in Sambhajinagar, Aurangabad location and interview will be face to face in Shivajinagar, Pune ( Not Virtual ) are you comfortable with that ? Do you have experience in Site Supervision, Site Execution, Monitoring, Quality Control, Site Inspection ?
Experience:

Civil engineering: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
