About the Role:
We are looking for a
Site Supervisor
with hands-on experience in managing and executing
high-end interior projects
. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of work with attention to quality and detailing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth execution of interior works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material delivery and installation.
Verify drawings, check measurements, and ensure work is executed as per approved designs.
Cross-check BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with site execution and report discrepancies.
Monitor workforce productivity and ensure safety compliance at the site.
Maintain site progress records, daily reports, and update the project manager regularly.
Ensure high standards of quality, finishes, and detailing for luxury interiors.
Assist in resolving on-site challenges and provide timely solutions.
Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field.
8-10 years of experience in supervising
residential interior projects
.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
