Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Site Supervisor at ENH Interior Projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations on interior sites and ensuring that work is done safely, on time, and on budget. They will coordinate with design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful completion of projects, manage and schedule workers, and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior industry Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise interior sites, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Knowledge of interior safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations Demonstrated ability to read and interpret autocad drawings and prepare project schedule ( barchart ) Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing will have additional advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
