Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work quality, adherence to project timelines, safety compliance, and coordination among labor, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

Monitor and manage daily site activities as per drawings and specifications. Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are maintained. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.

Material & Resource Management

Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site. Prevent wastage and maintain proper stock records.

Workforce Management

Supervise labor, subcontractors, and vendors for productivity. Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to work schedules.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment. Comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and company policies.

Progress Reporting

Maintain daily work progress reports and submit to Project Manager. Highlight site issues and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 4-7 years of experience in site supervision within real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
