Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work as per plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain work schedules and quality. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources at site. Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and site documentation using

MS Excel and Word

. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the site. Communicate effectively with the project team regarding progress, issues, or delays. Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing progress and billing reports. Assist in managing timelines and resolving on-site issues to avoid delays.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong site supervision and team coordination skills Working knowledge of

MS Excel and Word

for reporting and documentation Basic understanding of drawings and construction/interior execution methods Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle on-site challenges Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and time management

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior Design, or related field (Degree preferred but not mandatory) 4-5 years of site supervision experience in construction, interiors, or related field Familiarity with interior fit-out projects is an added advantage
Preferred Background:

Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects Able to prepare and manage basic site documentation and Excel-based reports Comfortable working under deadlines and in coordination with cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
