Site Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and deadlines.
Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and inventory.
Identify and resolve any site issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
