Job Objective:

The Site Supervisor - Plumbing will be responsible for supervising on-site plumbing work, managing plumbers and helpers, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks as per approved designs and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plumbing installation work at construction sites Guide and monitor plumbers/helpers during daily operations Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and material speci ications Coordinate with the Site Engineer for work schedules, materials, and updates Maintain records of attendance, work progress, and material usage Conduct routine quality and safety checks Use mobile phone for communication, photo updates, and app-based reporting Ensure proper site housekeeping and safety practices

Eligibility Criteria Education:

ITI (Plumber) OR 12th Pass with plumbing knowledge and site supervision experience

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of plumbing work experience, preferably in residential/commercial sites Site supervision or team handling experience is

Preferred Skills:

Basic English reading ability (for drawings and instructions) Ability to operate a smartphone for reporting and communication Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on approach Team coordination and on-site problem-solving
