We have an excellent client base in Nagpur, with prominent support services catering to efficient management services.

We are looking for site managers to ensure that workplace amenities satisfy the demands of the organization and employees, and facilities managers to fulfill housekeeping services.

Managing and approving contracts and service providers for security, housekeeping, cleaning, catering, facilities management services Managing multidisciplinary teams of employees, such as those in cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping Minimizing expenditure and ensuring performance Make sure that facilities management adheres to government rules, and environmental, health, and security standards. Conduct routine performance evaluations with the clients to make sure all criteria and housekeeping agency standards are constantly met. Develop, train, and deploy skilled manpower. Must be willing to participate in all aspects of the housekeeping services

Requirement

2 years of evident leadership and management success in facilities management Previous management experience in cleaning staff or housekeeping services is preferred. The capacity to achieve the highest level of performance with the lowest amount of supervision Outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
