Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee the daily site execution of interior fit-out projects. The role requires hands-on supervision of

ceiling systems, flooring installations, and glass partitions

, ensuring that all work meets the required standards, timelines, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site installation of

ceilings, flooring, and glass partition systems

. Ensure execution is as per approved shop drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to manage labor, materials, and schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Prepare and submit daily work reports, progress updates, and issue logs. Resolve site-level issues proactively and escalate critical matters when necessary. Maintain site cleanliness, safety protocols, and discipline among site workers. Ensure proper handling and installation of all materials and components.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

3-6 years in supervising commercial interior fit-out projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of ceiling systems (gypsum, grid, metal) Experience with various flooring types (tiles, vinyl, carpet, raised flooring,forbo) Knowledge of installing and aligning glass partition systems Ability to read technical drawings and layouts

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and team coordination Strong attention to detail and quality Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
