Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor daily site activities for all MEP disciplines. Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Supervise technicians, fitters, electricians, and subcontractor teams on site. Ensure proper installation of pipes, ducts, cables, equipment, and devices for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical & ELV systems. Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges. Highlight technical issues to the Project Engineer for timely resolution. Ensure required materials, consumables, and tools are available at the site. Verify material quality against approved submittals before installation. Prevent material wastage and maintain proper storage practices. Perform on-site inspections and prepare checklists for executed works. Support QA/QC teams during inspections and testing procedures. Ensure all works comply with company HSE policies. Monitor use of PPE, safe working practices, and report unsafe conditions. Conduct toolbox talks when required. Update as-built details, red-mark drawings, and work records. Assist in the testing and commissioning of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical & ELV systems.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience

3-7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in MEP contracting projects. Exposure to Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical & ELV installations is essential.

Technical Skills

Ability to read drawings (IFC, shop drawings, schematics). Knowledge of installation procedures for all MEP systems. Familiarity with testing and commissioning requirements.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
