Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and technically sound Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our firefighting system installation project in Nepal. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of site activities, coordinating between vendors, technicians, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations including installation of fire hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, and control panels. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, and project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and site documentation. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with NFPA, IS, and local standards. Liaise with client representatives and local authorities for inspections and approvals. Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager. Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in fire safety or MEP projects. Familiarity with firefighting system components and installation practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage cross-cultural teams and work in remote site conditions. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and reporting tools.
Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in Nepal or similar cross-border projects. Knowledge of local labor laws and permit procedures. Fluency in Hindi and Nepali (preferred but not mandatory). Commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
