Qualification:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

3-7 years in

Road/Highway/Expressway projects

Strong exposure to

construction plant & heavy equipment

Key Skills:

Operation & maintenance of construction machinery Preventive & breakdown maintenance Equipment utilization & downtime control Coordination with operators & vendors Spare parts planning & inventory control Basic knowledge of safety norms & compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plant & machinery operations at site Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs Monitor equipment performance, fuel & logbooks Coordinate breakdowns with mechanics/vendors Ensure safety compliance and equipment availability Maintain daily equipment & maintenance reports
