Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and schedule.
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and blueprints for execution on-site.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy and design integrity.
Assist in preparing and modifying site layout drawings as required using AutoCAD.
Monitor resource allocation and manage workforce performance.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
Maintain site reports, documentation, and records of work progress.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are followed on-site.
Liaise with the project management team for updates, changes, and approvals.
Provide technical guidance and instruction to field staff based on AutoCAD plans.
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with strong AutoCAD proficiency.

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, material management, and site safety.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Valid driver's license (if travel is required).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other CAD tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects (specify as needed).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
