Willmount Resorts is seeking a dedicated and hands-on

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at resort construction sites in Wayanad, Varkala, and Ernakulam. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with workers and contractors, and supporting the timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Site Management

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing works. Ensure all work is carried out as per project plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.

Team Coordination

Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and laborers. Allocate tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain discipline and resolve minor conflicts among site staff.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to safety standards. Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily progress and maintain site logs and records. Report site status, issues, and requirements to the Project Coordinator/Manager. Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

Material & Resource Management

Oversee the receipt, storage, and usage of materials and equipment on site. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply of materials. Minimize wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Problem Solving

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Liaise with engineers, contractors, and vendors to address technical or logistical challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
