Job Summary
The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations on a construction or project site to ensure work iscompleted safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.
They coordinate teams, manage resources,enforce safety regulations, and act as a key point of communication between workers, subcontractors,and management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in compliance with legal andcompany policies.
Allocate and manage resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to maintainworkflow efficiency

.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress, issues, andproposed solutions.
Inspect and verify work quality against design specifications and project requirements. Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors, to maintain high productivity andmorale.
Address on-site issues promptly and escalate complex problems to management

.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, incidents, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and company procedures.
Maintain the site reports and proper checklist.

Report the site updates to site supervisor head and architecture department.
Check and prepare the architectural drawings.

Take measurements and coordinate that with the department .

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction site management or similar roles.

Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
