Roles and Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress aligns with the construction plan. Allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure safety regulations and standards are adhered to. Conduct regular safety checks and briefings.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards. Address issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Coordination:

Communicate between project managers, architects, engineers, and workers. Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.

Problem-Solving:

Resolve site-related challenges efficiently. Adjust plans as needed to address unforeseen issues.

Documentation:

Maintain records of site activities, such as labor hours, equipment use, and incidents. Report progress to higher management.

Supervision:

Lead and motivate the construction team. Ensure workers are trained and skilled for their assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Technical understanding of architectural and engineering plans.

Qualifications:

1 + Years Experience Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
