Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site personnel, maintaining quality control, and enforcing health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site. Ensure project plans, specifications, and schedules are followed accurately. Monitor daily site operations and keep detailed records of progress and issues. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks. Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Resolve any site-related issues or delays in a timely manner. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers regarding project goals and progress. Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards. Report daily progress to the project manager and participate in site meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using project management tools and basic computer skills. Health and safety training. Relevant trade certification or diploma in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Capability to walk, climb, and stand for extended periods.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM,

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
