About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site activities, manage contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure timely project execution. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real-estate / construction site operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers for smooth workflow Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols Report daily site progress to management and maintain site logs Manage material planning, consumption tracking, and stock monitoring Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues Ensure timely completion of tasks and assist in meeting project deadlines Coordinate site-related activities like labour management, measurements, and client visits Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and project specifications

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in construction / real estate site supervision Strong understanding of on-site construction work, materials, and technical drawings Good coordination and communication skills Ability to supervise labour and manage multiple activities simultaneously Must be comfortable working at project site in Lonavala Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

Open as per experience and expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
