Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Managing orders and deliveries of construction materials.
Team Leadership:
Supervising and instructing workers and subcontractors.
Organizing staff work schedules.
Motivating and managing the performance of site workers.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
Conducting site inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
Handling on-site accidents with care and awareness.
Reporting and Documentation:
Keeping detailed records of site activities.
Completing daily progress reports and attending site meetings.
Communicating progress reports to the construction project manager.
Technical Knowledge:
Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
