About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations, labour management, and coordination with engineers and office teams, ensuring that the project progresses as per plan, within quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate daily with site engineers and project managers for instructions and updates.

• Manage labour teams, assign work, and monitor productivity and discipline at the site.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

• Monitor material usage and stock, raise material requirements to the office in advance.

• Check the quality and quantity of work completed and report progress to the engineer/management.

• Maintain daily site reports - labour attendance, work progress, and material movement.

• Supervise subcontractor work and ensure timelines are met.

• Support in resolving on-site issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance at all times on site.
