Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on

Site Supervisor - Sanitary Ware

to manage and supervise sanitary ware installation works at various project sites. The role involves coordinating with plumbers, ensuring proper installation of sanitary products, maintaining quality standards, and completing work within timelines. Candidates with experience in sanitary ware or plumbing fields will be preferred; however, motivated candidates with basic site knowledge may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation of sanitary ware products (WC, wash basins, faucets, showers, accessories, etc.) Coordinate with plumbers, technicians, contractors, and internal teams Ensure installations are done as per company standards and site requirements Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion Inspect quality, finishing, alignment, and proper functioning of fittings Check material delivery, usage, and site stock Handle minor on-site issues and coordinate for rectification Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and work records Ensure safety and cleanliness at the site

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / 10+2 / Any Graduate Experience in sanitary ware, Civil, plumbing, or bathroom fittings is a

strong advantage

Basic understanding of plumbing connections and sanitary installations Ability to understand simple drawings and layouts Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel locally and work on-site

Skills Required:

Sanitary ware installation supervision Plumbing and fitting knowledge Quality control and site coordination Problem-solving and decision-making skills Basic reporting and documentation

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:

15000-18000/month
