Job Description

Safety & Compliance:

Inspect sites for hazards, enforce health & safety rules, provide training, handle incidents, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Team Supervision:

Direct and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, manage workloads, and maintain attendance records.

Project Coordination:

Liaise with managers, clients, architects, and engineers; interpret blueprints; and ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Resource Management:

Order supplies, schedule equipment maintenance, and ensure necessary materials are available.

Reporting:

Maintain site logs, document progress, and report on potential issues, safety concerns, and overall project status to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
