Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for interior manufacturing projects.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and site workers.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in interior supervision.
Strong understanding of interior manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
