Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site activities, coordinating multiple vendors, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery as per approved designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution works

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications

Maintain quality standards, workmanship, and safety at site

Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager / Designer

Handle material receipt, usage, and basic site inventory

Resolve site-level technical and execution issues

Coordinate with clients during site visits and updates

Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism at site

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2-5 years experience in interior site supervision

Experience in residential and commercial interior projects

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

Ability to read and understand working drawings

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel to multiple sites if required

Preferred Skills

Leadership and team management

Problem-solving and decision-making at site

Basic knowledge of billing / measurements (added advantage)

Familiarity with local vendors and suppliers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
