Job Description

We are looking for a

Civil Site Supervisor (Fresher)

to assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at site and ensure work is carried out as per instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising civil works at site under the guidance of the Site Engineer / Senior Engineer Monitor labour activities and ensure work is executed as per site instructions Help in checking levels, alignments, and basic measurements Ensure proper use of materials and tools at site Support quality control and safety practices at site Maintain basic site records such as attendance and daily work progress Coordinate with workers and subcontractors for smooth workflow Report site issues and progress to senior staff

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Fresher or up to 1 year experience in construction projects Basic understanding of civil construction activities Willingness to learn and work on-site Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements Familiarity with construction materials and site practices Ability to work under site conditions
