The Site Supervisor - Civil is responsible for supervising daily civil works at site, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining safety and coordination with labour and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate and manage skilled and unskilled labour Monitor quality of work and materials used Ensure adherence to safety standards and site safety rules Coordinate with Site Engineer/Project Manager for work planning Maintain daily work progress and labour attendance records Identify site issues and report deviations or delays Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors at site Check levels, alignment, and basic measurements at site Assist in material receiving, storage, and usage control Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the site

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade Minimum 2-10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (Civil) Ability to read and understand civil drawings Knowledge of construction methods and site practices Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards Good leadership and labour-handling skills Communication skills in local language; English preferred
