Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will be vital in delivering high-quality construction projects on time, within scope, and in accordance with all safety standards. Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore to track progress and adjust plans as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards, quality control protocols, and blueprint schematics. Manage site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, change orders, and progress updates. Oversee subcontractor performance, enforce contract compliance, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates; utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary. Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications and client expectations while maintaining budget constraints. Ensure proper use of construction site management tools such as Bluebeam for document review and collaboration. Assist in project planning by supporting the development of schedules using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid for cost estimation and resource allocation.

Experience

Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively while maintaining safety standards. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Familiarity with contracts administration, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments.
