Site Supervisor
to oversee our painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
:
Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain quality control and safety standards on-site.
Resolve any on-site issues and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
Communicate regularly with clients, management, and team members.
Prepare daily progress reports and monitor work schedules.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in interior designing and constriction
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of interior designing, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kochi.
