Location: Mangalapuram, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities for solar installation projects

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at site.

Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.

Resolve on-site issues and report progress to management.

Requirements

Plus two/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, or Civil Engineering'

Electrical background is must

0-1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in solar or electrical projects.

Good knowledge of solar PV systems, installation methods, and safety norms.

Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites.
