Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with 2 years of experience in both interior and civil construction sites. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality of work, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations for interior and civil projects Coordinate with contractors, workers, clients, and vendors Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings & specifications Maintain site safety and cleanliness Prepare daily site reports and update project managers Manage material usage and prevent site wastage Resolve on-site issues promptly
Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in interior/civil site supervision Knowledge of site execution, materials, and basic measurements Ability to read drawings (interior + civil) Strong communication and team coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines Basic computer knowledge preferred

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?26,910.78 per month
