Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities and ensure that all work is executed according to project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors effectively.

Experience: 3+

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, labor, and subcontractors. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. Maintain site records including daily logs, attendance, and material usage. Monitor material delivery, verify quality, and report shortages or issues. Assist the Site Engineer/Project Manager in planning and scheduling activities. Conduct basic quality checks and ensure proper workmanship. Solve minor on-site technical or operational issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and report hazards immediately. Communicate progress updates and site requirements regularly to management.
Qualifications

ITI or Diploma in Civil Experience in site supervision preferred Ability to read basic drawings . Good communication and leadership skills. Physically fit and comfortable working on-site. Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
