. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers, ensuring quality, and completing projects within timeline and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site workers.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Monitor material usage and arrange materials when required.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Report daily work progress to Project Manager/Management.
Check quality of work and ensure timely completion.
Handle client visits and update them on progress.
Solve on-site issues and provide quick solutions.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in interior site supervision.
Good knowledge of interior fit-outs (carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting).
Ability to read drawings and execute work as per plan.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Flexible to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving attitude and responsibility.
