We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in Dubai. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in supervising civil works and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.

Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.

Maintain daily site progress reports and labour deployment details.

Assist in material planning, requisition, and site-level inventory control.

Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate critical matters to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Enforce safety and housekeeping practices at the site.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry (residential / commercial / high-rise projects preferred).

Sound knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and material usage.

Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to handle workforce and manage multiple site activities.

Willing to work in Dubai; accommodation will be provided by the company.
