Site Coordination & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to ensure proper utilization.

Execution & Quality Control

Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.

Identify and rectify defects or deviations immediately.

Material & Resource Management

Plan and manage material deliveries to avoid delays.

Maintain inventory records of materials received and used.

Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.

Scheduling & Progress Monitoring

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

Highlight potential delays or issues to the project manager in advance.

Health, Safety & Site Discipline

Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers follow all safety regulations.

Maintain site cleanliness and organization.

Ensure compliance with statutory and company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Team & Subcontractor Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,077.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
