Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing project sites, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that all interior works are executed as per design, specifications, and within the scheduled timeline. The role requires hands-on supervision of site activities, quality control, and resource management to deliver a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day site activities for Exterior & interior fit-out, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and painting works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, materials, and quality standards. Monitor labor attendance, progress, and productivity on site. Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of tasks.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients for site clarifications and approvals. Manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams. Report daily progress to the Project Manager and highlight any delays or site issues.

Quality & Safety

Ensure all work is done with precision and meets the quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain finishing quality and alignment with design intent. Maintain safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Materials & Resource Management

Verify and manage material delivery and stock at site. Raise material requisition requests in advance to avoid delays. Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage and handling.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site report (DSR), including manpower, material usage, and work progress. Prepare snag lists and ensure rectification of defects before handover. Assist in project handover documentation and client inspection.
