Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. The Site Supervisor will act as a key link between clients, the Delivery Manager, and the delivery team, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and timely execution without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress. Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Schedule and oversee deliveries of materials and finished products. Assist with site measurements, fixing, and delivery coordination. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements at all times. Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Delivery Manager. Update task status regularly in Toillion software to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring. Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower for efficient project execution. Maintain effective communication with clients to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. Balance speed and quality to achieve project deadlines without compromising outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or related roles. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Pay:

Negotiable (based on experience)

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
