Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to effectively manage teams, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a keen understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures to ensure that projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Manage project budgets, including estimating costs using HeavyBid and tracking expenses. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction site management. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Familiarity with budgeting processes and construction estimating techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately. Knowledge of quality control standards within the construction industry. Experience with project scheduling and pipeline management. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
