We are seeking a skilled and responsible

Site Supervisor

to oversee our interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Manage labor, materials, and site resources effectively. Monitor project progress and report updates to management. Maintain safety and compliance at the site. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Fresher

or Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Site Supervisor (interiors & construction). Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, and finishing. Ability to read and understand drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
