Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor

day-to-day site activities

for interior design and fit-out projects. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure timely execution of works. Interpret drawings and specifications to guide site teams. Ensure

quality control

for materials and workmanship as per approved standards. Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to achieve project timelines. Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance of workers. Ensure

site safety protocols

are strictly followed. Coordinate delivery of materials and verify against purchase orders. Resolve site-level issues and report project progress to management. Assist in verifying subcontractor works for billing and approvals.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

2-4 years of experience

in supervising

interior works / fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, electrical, and plumbing coordination. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings. Good leadership and communication skills to manage site teams. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
