Job Description

We are a leading agency in firefighting systems projects since 1989. We seek immediate appointments for personnel to supervise and manage projects at various locations.

Site Supervisors

-

ITI FITTERS or Diploma Mechanical Holders

having

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in site supervision within one or more of the following fields:

Heavy machinery erection

Structural steel fabrication

Construction or infrastructure development projects

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site activities ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Coordinate and follow up with

PMC (Project Management Consultants)

and internal project teams.

Manage subcontractors and labor workforce to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

Conduct and verify

measurements and billing

for subcontracted work.

Attend and participate in

project meetings

and site coordination discussions.

Maintain and update site reports including

MIS reports

and inventory tracking.

Use

MS Excel

to track materials, update progress, and prepare reports.

Candidate Requirements:

ITI FITTER / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3-5 years of relevant experience in site supervision.

Proven experience in dealing with

PMC

, handling

billing, measurements

, and managing

subcontractors and workers

.

Familiarity with

MIS report preparation

and

inventory management

using MS Excel.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexible and adaptable to various work environments and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
