Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

:


3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision.


B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Requirements

:


Must own a two-wheeler.


Willingness to multitask and manage 2-3 sites simultaneously if required.


Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

:


Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure timely and efficient execution.


Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.


Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure proper allocation of resources.


Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


Report daily progress and site updates to project managers and senior staff.


Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively.


Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labor attendance, and material records.


Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Salary

:



20,000 to
25,000 per month (based on experience).
