We are seeking a competent and proactive

Site Supervisor Trainee

to join our growing construction team in

Ernakulam

. The Site Supervisor Trainee will play a key role in overseeing ongoing construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is looking to build a career in construction site management and is willing to take responsibility and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth flow of materials and equipment. Monitor project progress and workmanship, identifying any deviations and ensuring timely corrective action. Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate updates and resolve site-level issues. Manage onsite laborers and subcontractors for optimal productivity. Maintain accurate records of materials used, tools maintained, and personnel attendance. Use a two-wheeler for travel to and from the construction site.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Prior experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role is preferred. Sound knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and materials. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle is mandatory.
