Job Description

Looking to hire a full time site supervisor for interior design projects. Candidate should have had previous experience of working in architectural/interior design studios. Complete Knowledge of the supervision process is a must. A person with Interior Design education and experienced with Modular Kitchen shall be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility of installation of interiors at assigned sites.

2. Manage the labour and material resource requirements for each site.

3. Keep accurate accounts of expense related to each site and report to management.

4. Take the lead for communicating any installation related updates to clients, and any product or site issues to management.

5. Coordinate with Design team and ensure service orders are placed in a timely manner, as needed.

6. Travel to sites as needed for taking measurement and managing installations.

7. You will be required to travel outside of normal business hours, especially to sites that are located far from the office. The overtime will be compensated through performance incentives as described above.

8. Manage the delivery of material to the sites, and interim storage in the company warehouse or 3rd party as needed.

9. Procure material which are not part of Spacewood content required for site.

10. Identify vendors for material and subcontracting work.

11. Other activities relevant to installation, as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
