Job Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects on-site. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects within specified timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction activities on-site Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications Coordinate project scheduling and monitor progress to meet deadlines Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively Utilize construction estimating tools such as Prolog for accurate project cost assessments Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe and clean work environment for all personnel on site.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience working in an interior firm Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Strong understanding of interior site execution, materials, and coordination Ability to manage on-site labor, coordinate with vendors, and ensure project timelines Capable of preparing daily site reports and communicating with the project manager Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
