Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all site activities and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Monitor subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients on technical matters. Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and highlight delays or deviations. Maintain site logistics including material movement, storage, and equipment usage.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum

1+ years

of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential and commercial building projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
