Should have to Visit all sites and co ordinates with workers

Should be able to read working drawing, solutioning capability of assembly if an image is given.

Should have ability to Verify the drawings ,Implement ,finish the work and hand over to customer

Should have knowledge of what good quality means.

Refined and efficient production methods and flows

Should have ability to get better workmanship.

Ability to identify defects and run Quality checks on a checklist jobwise
