Rama Green Energies is seeking an experienced and responsible Plant Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily operations at our biogas plant. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supervising plant activities, handling labor teams, and maintaining operational records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage plant workers and labor teams on a daily basis. Maintain attendance, work logs, and material movement records. Ensure proper execution of plant processes and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with the plant manager and other departments for smooth workflow. Maintain discipline and ensure timely task completion by all staff. Report daily activities and updates to senior management.
Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Basic record-keeping and documentation knowledge. Ability to handle on-ground challenges and motivate workers. Prior experience in a plant/factory environment as a supervisor. Basic knowledge of computers (preferred).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?29,711.31 per month
