Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth progress of work. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations. Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Verify materials delivered on-site and ensure proper usage. Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports. Travel between multiple sites in the Bangalore district as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervision or related engineering role.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in Hindi and/or Kannada; basic English required. Telugu or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

Must own a bike/two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Willingness to travel between construction sites across Bangalore District.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Practical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
